Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, Cebu

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice with a big bathroom, but the layout with a very long hallway made it feel quite far to get around. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and clean to us.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite a horrible dumpy smell and being dated as expected, offered a very comfortable king bed and all the necessary amenities. However, the toilet smell was off-putting. The service was a bit of a hit-or-miss scenario with some staff being accommodating while others seemed unhappy with their job. The location, although superb for city tours, had issues with congested roads and unwanted elements nearby. Dining options were decent, keeping the hotel afloat, while the facilities were adequate.

The hotel offers clean and ample-sized rooms, with excellent facilities like handrails for PWDs; however, there seems to be a concern about potential overpricing. The service provided was friendly and accommodating, with a personalized touch from the General Manager. The dining experience is diverse, but some patrons feel there is room for improvement in quality and variety.

The hotel needs renovation, and some staff members are not so accommodating. However, the room rates are lower than expected. The rooms look old and require some updating, especially the bathrooms. There is a need for better service from the staff at the front desk, and room changes need more attention.

The hotel offers views over Cebu City or the tranquil mountain range, but the rooms are in need of modernizing. The casino provides a wide variety of games for gambling enthusiasts. Service is outstanding, with attentive and welcoming staff, although some employees may not be as accommodating. The location is convenient for Ayala Mall but suffers from traffic issues, and the once relaxing facilities are run-down. The dining options are extensive, catering to various tastes.
